Mrs Davies met with members of the NGH Energy team at a local agricultural show held in Anglesey. On a subsequent meeting it was carefully explained how the install would be undertaken and the likely returns the system would provide. After considering the options Mrs Davies felt NGH Energy stood out from other companies she had previous met with from both a cost and service point of view.
How the installation was handled
Mrs Davies states that "the arrangement of the panels was very neat. The installers quickly had everything set up and the system was providing electricity within no time at all. The installers made the job seem very simple in reality".
System performance
"Performance is very good" says Mrs Davies. "It's perhaps a little early to give any accurate figures but it certainly does the job of covering the running cost of the ground source heat pump and seems to be providing a reasonable return from the feed in tariff which is an added bonus. All credit to the team at NGH Energy".

The installation of the system was completed in one day, Ms Williams was pleased with the overall process, "the install went very well, boys were lovely" she said.
System performance
Ms Williams has been extremely happy with the results of her installation; she says, "the system is running very well and has generated 1925kW......I believe it's a very good investment".
